History and family
In 1977 Thomas H. Riggins Sr.
and son Tom Jr. opened Easy Rider Insurance Agency in a small office in the Conger Life building in Miami. We later moved up to a free standing building at 86th Street and Biscayne
Blvd. where many of you first came to know us. Because of our location at the edge of Miami Shores we changed the name to Biscayne Shores Insurance Agency. In 1998 we moved to Plantation at the N.W. corner of Sunrise and University where we are today.
